Our main labs are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. However, some of our reference centers in Delhi and Gurgaon operate 24/7. Home collection starts as early as 6:00 AM.

For most routine blood tests, a prescription is not mandatory but recommended. However, for specialized radiology (MRI/CT) and certain advanced molecular tests, a valid doctor's prescription is required by law.

Standard pathology reports are delivered within 12-24 hours. Advanced tests, cultures, and biopsies may take 3-5 working days. You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification once they are ready.

Home collection is FREE for bookings above ₹1000. For smaller amounts, a nominal convenience fee of ₹150-200 may be charged depending on your location.

Requirements vary by test. For sugar (glucose) or lipid profiles, 10-12 hours of fasting is required. Only water can be consumed. Please check your test-specific instructions on our website or call our helpline.

Yes, full refunds are processed if cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. For later cancellations, a minimal processing fee may apply.
